Any reports of violations of the Cubezen Code of Conduct and/or existing legislation, such as (i) practice of conduct restrictive of free trade and competition, (ii) harassment or sexual harassment, (iii) conflict of interest, (iv) fraud or diversion of goods and/or products, (v) conduct that violates health, safety, and environmental (HSE) rules, among others.

All complaints received via the Ethics Channel are guaranteed anonymity, if the complainant so desires. To do so, the complainant only needs to not identify themselves, or inform that he would like to remain anonymous when making the complaint.
 
 The complaints are received by a specialized external company and addressed to the company's internal auditing departments that are responsible for performing the investigation and adopting any appropriate measures.

However, as long as they do not generate a conflict of interest, acceptable gifts and hospitality are considered: Gifts of up to 100 BRL (one or more items); · Meals of up to 200 BRL per person; and · Non-recurring events of up to 400 BRL.

Regenerative Agriculture is a complex and multidisciplinary concept that can be defined by the most varied scopes. However, its origin has as its guiding axis the care of natural resources, bringing agricultural practices that conserve and revitalize the chemical and biological elements of production systems. Having regenerative practices, therefore, involves continuing to do our job well, mitigating the negative impacts as much as possible, in addition to doing more and better in the search for the care and regeneration of the natural ecosystems that are our assets. This translates into implementing agricultural and ecological practices that mitigate climate change; optimize resource management and promote biodiversity; increase water availability and quality; and that also promote social and economic benefits for our producers. All of these characteristics are already part of Cubezen's day-to-day life, since our core business aims at producing sustainable sugarcane that allows for the perpetuity of the business in the long term.
